ABOUT GEOSYNC AI

Built around the people who price sitework.

GeoSync AI connects construction drawings, field data and estimating assumptions in one project workspace.

01

From the drawing to the bid.

Sitework estimating brings together different kinds of information: the design plan, the existing ground, the materials specification and what the crew sees in the field. GeoSync AI gives contractors and estimators a shared place to organise those inputs and develop quantities they can review.

Start with a supported plan file and a calibrated scale. Review the linework and layers before using areas, lengths or counts. For earthwork, bring meaningful existing and proposed elevation data and keep the project’s adjustments visible alongside the surface comparison.

02

For the team behind the estimate.

The workspace is built for civil site contractors, estimators, survey teams and the engineers who review quantities. Projects, documents and bid packages are organised by firm, with roles to support administration, measurement and review.

A standards library and standards chat keep reference material close to the work. Check the applicable specification and the source of an answer before relying on it. The software supports the estimating process; the team still reviews scope, inputs and results.

03

Construction technology, with a practical purpose.

GeoSync AI is built by EVERYTHINGCONSTRUCTION.AI. The aim is to make plan measurements and sitework information easier to organise, understand and use during estimating.

The platform runs on monthly subscription plans with one included seat and additional seats available for the firm. The current workspace uses English, customary measurement units and USD subscription pricing. Teams working internationally can discuss file formats, unit conversions and project requirements with us before choosing a plan.

What comes together in GeoSync AI

Plan takeoff

Start with ASCII DXF exports, supported vector PDFs or KML/KMZ linework. Calibrate the scale and review areas, linear distances and counts by layer. Scanned PDFs and native DWG files need preparation.

Earthwork and materials

Compare existing and proposed contours, then review cut, fill and site balance. Apply project assumptions for stripping, shrink, swell, material depth, density, truck capacity and pricing.

Field alignment and review

Align supported survey and field exports with drawing coordinates. Review design and as-built surface comparisons using appropriate control points, units and project data.

A workspace for the firm

Organise projects, plan documents, takeoffs, standards and bid packages together. Use firm roles for owners, engineers, reviewers and viewers to support contribution and review.
